About the Role
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury agents and their listings. This role involves advising agents on digital marketing, social media, and customer service, acting as a liaison between agents and the creative team, and managing marketing collateral. Success will be measured by agent satisfaction, retention, and adoption of marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury agents and their listings.
- Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Advise agents on best digital marketing practices, campaigns strategy, email marketing, and content marketing to generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Advise on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service throughout all marketing initiatives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the corporate brand team to align marketing efforts with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements
- Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media, and email marketing required.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Reliable transportation (requires traveling to offices within assigned territory: Miami-Dade County).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Previous work experience in a Marketing Manager or Sr. Marketing Coordinator position or similar
- Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding a plus
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
