Responsibilities

Develop and enhance data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and solutions that support decision making across the organization.
Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data and reporting.
Support data governance, data quality, and integration initiatives to ensure reliable and accessible information across platforms.
Contribute to technology modernization efforts, including process improvements, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-based technologies.

Requirements

Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, reporting solutions, and/or enterprise applications.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning and delivering results.
Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
