About the Role
Mercer is seeking a Pensions Governance Consultant to join our specialist Pensions Defined Contribution team. This role involves delivering DC services to a large portfolio of clients, including corporate sponsors, trustee boards, and governance committees.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead consultant on clients, delivering and promoting Defined Contribution Pensions services.
- Manage a client portfolio by assessing performance, trends, and business insights.
- Drive proactive revenue generation from existing clients and expand the range of DC services.
- Manage Global DC plans, assisting clients with analysis and optimization of plan design.
- Develop new and existing business through relationship management, networking, and industry events.
- Act as a change agent by supporting Mercer's business and corporate strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role.
- Excellent Governance experience.
- Proven experience in managing projects and exceeding client expectations.
