About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the technical recruiting funnel from sourcing to closing and onboarding. You will design and optimize recruiting stages, engage passive candidates, qualify applicants, manage interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and team culture, while also building pipelines to support diverse team growth and ensuring seamless communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex roles.
- Build, influence, and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to ensure efficiency and mitigate funnel drop-off.
- Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
- Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage for consistency with company values.
- Strategically develop, own, and amplify employment branding initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
- Champion cross-team alignment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, onboarding, and process excellence from sourcing through hiring.
Requirements
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience across technical teams.
- Passionate about providing outstanding candidate experiences.
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys learning and can pattern-match and improve ideas.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate proactively with independence.
