About the Role
Nobody has rebuilt a brokerage with AI before. We need to figure out strategic questions over the next eighteen months, including client service costs, profitable segments, growth strategies, and organizational changes for scaling.
Responsibilities
- Figure out unit economics, including client service costs with AI, agent capacity, and product profitability.
- Build and select cases for growth strategies like franchising, general agency economics, and book acquisitions.
- Develop plans for hyperscaling the company and identify potential issues during scaling.
- Automate your own role by writing agent prompts, skills, and workflows using AI coding tools.
- Own the operating rhythm, define KPIs, ensure automatic measurement, and lead review meetings.
- Take ownership of important, currently unassigned tasks.
- Build and manage the underlying infrastructure across legal, regulatory, and people functions, ensuring operational independence.
Requirements
- High grit and horsepower combined with excellent judgment.
- 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a similar analytical field.
- Experience in an operating role is ideal.
- Strong bias for action.
- Low ego.
- Comfortable analyzing revenue structures and unit economics.
- Experience owning processes, vendors, or cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Proven track record of outperforming in selective, demanding environments.
- Ability to quickly structure messy questions and arrive at defensible answers.
- Good judgment on sensitive matters and trustworthiness.
