About the Role

As a Branch Intern, you will play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with investment products and services, and gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This 10-week, full-time summer internship runs annually from June 7th, 2027 through August 13th, 2027, and is based on-site. Through the FIDTERN Program, interns receive coaching and mentorship, participate in professional development, and attend networking events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to enhance client and business outcomes.
  • Support business-critical initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas, ask questions, and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students in your junior year of college.
  • Interest in investing and wealth management.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales or banking.
  • Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
  • Basic understanding of the current market, economy and economic trends.
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
