About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role involves creating a Food & Beverage experience in the comfort of the guest's room by anticipating and servicing guest needs, and being knowledgeable about all menu options.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate, customize, and service guest's needs before being asked.
- Be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
- Deliver the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests.
- Create a Food & Beverage experience in the comfort of the guest's room.
Requirements
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
- Work authorization in the United States.
Skills
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
- One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
