Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy proprietary Health & Welfare software for major clients.
- Diagnose complex issues, develop solutions, and communicate findings.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in daily scrums.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Produce outcomes that exceed expectations.
- Learn industry trends, master new tools, and develop skills in benefits and healthcare tech.
- Foster teamwork, share knowledge, and help colleagues succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT, system configuration, or implementation.
- SQL expertise.
- Ability to read technical documentation and debug.
- H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management.
- Initiative and independence paired with genuine teamwork.
- Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
