About the Role
Utility Worker will carefully clean and sanitize the kitchen space and equipment, as well as all equipment used for serving food and beverages, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and quality dining experience for our guests is our focal point.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher.
- Ensure all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standard requirements.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and the cooking area.
- Keep kitchen wares storage organized.
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster.
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
- Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs., placing items above and below head height.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
- Must be able to work in variable temperatures.
- Must be able to have hands immersed in water.
Salary/Compensations
- $23.42 per hour
