About the Role

Join our team, Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 and Winner 2026 Inspiring Places to Work™ UK & Ireland, as a Change & Adoption Partner. You will work alongside the Change & Adoption Manager, facilitating and governing the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group. Utilize your understanding of change management methodologies to develop strategies, communication, and training plans for successful adoption. Manage stakeholder relationships, influence others, and act as a key point of contact for business areas impacted by change.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and govern the Change Management process across various projects.
  • Identify appropriate change management strategies, communication, and training plans.
  • Ensure successful adoption of change.
  • Manage relationships with various audiences and influence others towards a common vision.
  • Act as the key point of contact for business areas impacted by change.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure they understand the impact of change on their teams and how to support them.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of change.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management in a complex organisation.
  • Experience of delivering workshops and focus groups is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

  • London: £37,855 to £52,051 per annum
  • National: £34,870 to £47,946 per annum
