About the Role
Complete Playground is seeking a confident, energetic, and dependable Weekend Supervisor to lead daily operations during our busiest days. This hands-on role combines team leadership, guest service, front-desk support, playground supervision, event coordination, and facility oversight. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Weekend Supervisor will guide staff, address guest concerns, enforce safety procedures, and ensure every family receives a welcoming and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-desk and playground-floor operations.
- Assign daily responsibilities, coordinate staff breaks, and adjust coverage based on attendance and operational needs.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure all required checklists are completed.
- Set a positive example by maintaining high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and guest service.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to team members.
- Communicate staffing concerns, incidents, maintenance needs, and operational updates to management.
- Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach during busy periods and unexpected situations.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory, team-lead, hospitality, recreation, or customer-service experience required.
- Experience working with children, families, or neurodiverse communities is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable providing direction, delegating responsibilities, and holding team members accountable.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
