About the Role
HighRise Capital is seeking motivated and results-driven MCA Sales Brokers to join our growing business finance team. We specialize in helping small and medium-sized businesses access working capital and alternative financing solutions. We are looking for sales professionals who are hungry to succeed, thrive in a competitive environment, and are motivated by earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with business owners and help them secure financing.
- Prospect and generate new business leads.
- Make outbound calls to business owners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Educate business owners on available financing options.
- Qualify businesses for Merchant Cash Advances and other financing products.
- Collect required business documentation.
- Submit complete applications to the underwriting team.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate and structure financing opportunities.
- Work closely with underwriting and processing teams.
- Close deals and generate funded business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Previous Merchant Cash Advance experience preferred.
- Experience in business financing or commercial lending preferred.
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales preferred.
- Existing relationships with business owners or referral partners preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
- MCA experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales backgrounds.
