About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant to join our award-winning Managed Services team, helping clients optimize their HCM Cloud investments and drive payroll excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team.
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues.
- Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
- Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
- Work effectively with end-users remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- SC clearance or eligibility (UK residency 3+ years)
- Oracle Cloud Payroll experience
- Strong UK payroll legislation knowledge
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
- Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to document solutions clearly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- SC clearance eligibility – minimum 3 years’ UK residency required.
