About the Role

Curative is building the future of health insurance with a first-of-its-kind employer-based plan designed to remove financial barriers and make care truly accessible. This role supports the installation of new and renewal business sales, managing tasks from post-sale through active clients, focusing on set-up milestones and supporting group and broker escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate and close group and member concerns and issues, tracking and trending them.
  • Support Account Executives throughout the implementation process, including discovery, status updates, and ensuring timely document completion.
  • Support enrollment meetings virtually and on-site as needed.
  • Update client management systems with group and broker information.
  • Provide additional enrollment, eligibility, and contracting support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Curative Health Plan benefits, implementation processes, and procedures.
  • Develop proficiency in ENav enrollment platform and EDI enrollments.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of state-specific Health Plan Benefits.
  • Detailed oriented with experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
  • Excellent diplomacy and people skills.
  • 3 years of experience in Health Plan Sales, Benefit Counseling, or Account Management.
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills.
