About the Role
Drive high-level performance across Lovehoney Group by leading warehouse-related projects, system improvements, reporting frameworks, and process standardisation initiatives across a global network. Combine operational and technical expertise with leadership skills to enhance scalability, data accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse system projects, including WMS/ERP enhancements and integrations.
- Manage operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis across sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Support global warehouse transformations, site launches, and process standardisation.
- Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and prioritising project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, with experience in integrations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Leadership experience with small teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience with WMS, including implementation or enhancements, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience with APIs / EDI and multi-country / multi-3PL operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies.
- Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
