About the Role
Pamela is seeking passionate Commis de Cuisine to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen. This role is ideal for individuals with initial professional experience looking to learn from seasoned chefs, master Italian cuisine, and build a hospitality career.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place
- Support the preparation and plating of dishes following recipes and quality standards
- Learn different kitchen stations and cooking techniques
- Work closely with Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs during service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
- First professional experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Motivation to build a long-term career in hospitality
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
