About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients.
- Ensure the delivery of meals and safe transport.
- Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment.
- Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure.
- Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care.
Requirements
- Previous Nurse’s aide experience or equivalent in a hospital setting; or certification from an approved accredited Nurse Aid training program, or currently enrolled in a BSN program for nursing at the junior year level or had completed at least one clinical practicum
- BLS from AHA
- HS Diploma/GED
- Must be able to complete mandatory 2 week orientation Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM upon hire.
