About the Role

Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments. Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections, provide minor repairs and improvements to residences, and perform clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy. Remove snow/ice on residences' property and keep accurate logs of daily activities. Confirm appointments with clients for scheduled repairs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires related maintenance experience.
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license without accidents, suspensions and revocations.
Must have the ability to drive a box truck.
Must have the ability to establish workload priorities.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds.
