Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all residences in the Scatter Site I Program.

Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments.
Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections.
Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary.
Clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy.
Remove snow/ice on the various residences property.
Keep accurate logs of daily activities.
Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduled repairs.

Must have related maintenance experience.
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license without accidents, suspensions and revocations.
Must have the ability to drive a box truck.
Must have the ability to establish workload priorities.
Must have the physical ability to perform the essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
