About the Role
We build the software that processes flight data, enabling airline safety teams to act on critical information. Over 300 airlines, including major carriers and military operators, rely on our ground systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on software that directly impacts aviation safety.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and APIs that process large volumes of flight data.
- Take technical ownership of a product area, making architectural decisions.
- Review other engineers' code and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with QA, product, and engineering leads in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to modernizing a long-lived .NET codebase.
Requirements
- Approximately 4+ years of commercial production software development experience.
- Strong C#/.NET skills.
- Solid relational database skills (MySQL).
- Ability to work across the full stack, including TypeScript/Angular.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in debugging complex systems with incomplete information.
- Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
