About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Account Associate to support our dynamic Surety Solutions Practice in downtown Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of insurance surety bonds within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute surety bond transactions across Canada.
  • Communicate directly with clients and insurers, delivering prompt, professional responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation using internal systems (EPIC).
  • Set up electronic files and manage data integrity across platforms.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
  • Keep workflows on track with effective follow-up and abeyance systems.
  • Collaborate and adapt to support team needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in insurance.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and digital platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Eager to learn and ask questions.
