We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products that help Claims teams make better decisions, work more efficiently, and deliver better customer outcomes. Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and outcomes by collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional product teams, facilitating alignment and driving decisions from discovery through delivery.
- Drive product discovery and AI innovation to identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value.
- Understand user workflows, validate assumptions, and guide experimentation to build products that solve real business problems.
- Measure impact and realize value by defining success metrics and monitoring product performance.
- Foster user trust, adoption, and responsible AI by ensuring AI solutions are understood and trusted.
- Balance business value, user experience, and AI performance by evaluating trade-offs and making informed decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and delivering digital products.
- Ability to define product strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using data to inform decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
