About the Role
As the Field Marketing Manager at iManage, you will join a high-performing Marketing team focused on driving global business growth. You will leverage your strategic thinking and execution skills to achieve regional and company-wide success, working closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives aligned with APAC's business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between Sales and Marketing, representing each team's needs and gathering insights to align on APAC revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Customer Success to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for APAC that drive growth, increase adoption, generate demand, and support commercial targets.
- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, regional event experiences, and demand generation initiatives to create opportunities within key accounts and industry verticals.
- Partner with marketing operations, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing teams to optimize the customer journey and accelerate deals.
- Work with the corporate marketing team to develop regional content, public relations initiatives, and a customer advocacy library.
- Manage vendor relationships for third-party conferences and events to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the Channel team to extend co-marketing initiatives and identify new joint opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and directory vendors to increase brand visibility in APAC.
- Engage with the customer and partner community through local user groups, online platforms, and advocacy programs.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and ensure optimal ROI.
- Manage and allocate regional budgets in line with business priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple tactics and platforms for new business and existing accounts.
- Strong track record of partnering with Sales and Business Development teams to grow pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to confidently present plans and influence senior sales leaders.
- Experience with analytical tools and uncovering insights from metrics.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report campaign effectiveness, particularly in terms of qualified sales opportunities.
- Exceptional execution skills and commitment to delivering high-impact results.
- Experience managing projects across internal Marketing teams and external vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and drive program success through collaboration.
- Solid understanding of the full marketing mix and integrated marketing practices.
- Strategic thinking coupled with strong operational capability.
- Creative thinking and an innovative approach to modern marketing.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across departments.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, able to work independently and as part of a team.
