About the Role

Join the Client Risk Rating (CRR) team within the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) department as a Regulatory Control Advisor Specialist / Business Analyst. This role is crucial for maintaining and updating the AFC customer risk rating methodology and associated risk lists to meet Deutsche Bank policy and regulatory expectations. You will collaborate with global, local, and regional stakeholders across AFC, Business Lines, and IT to define business and data requirements, and oversee data collection and processing.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing change to model and data flows
  • Support IT with the creation of data controls & oversight features
  • Automation / standardization of test data / simulation environment
  • Data requirement specification and strategic sourcing
  • Transfer of manual calculation steps into automated logic in CRR model
  • Build enhanced Management Information and reporting functionalities

Requirements

  • Educated to University degree or equivalent qualification/work experience or comparable career
  • Business Analyst skill set (requirement elicitation and documentation): Act as a bridge between business and IT
  • Understanding of JSON messages
  • Understanding of Data Governance
  • Understanding regarding development of qualitative risk models, such as client risk rating
  • Proactive and independent work attitude with a willingness to take over responsibility and work independently
