About the Role
The living sector has transformed due to shifting demographics, modernized living arrangements, and evolving workplace dynamics. In this pathway, you will collaborate with both internal and external Cushman & Wakefield teams and interact with a diverse range of clients. This experience will broaden your understanding of various living projects. Throughout your time in this role, you will focus on developing your skills in key areas such as valuation, purchase & sale, development appraisals, financial analysis, and conducting inspections and measurements. This is a rotational pathway, meaning you will complete three rotations across various teams over the 2 year, which may include Valuations, Leasing, or Capital Markets. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor by the end of your programme.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external Cushman & Wakefield teams.
- Interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Develop skills in valuation, purchase & sale, development appraisals, financial analysis, and conducting inspections and measurements.
- Complete three rotations across various teams over 2 years (e.g., Valuations, Leasing, Capital Markets).
- Undertake Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor.
Requirements
- Expected 2.1 or higher in undergraduate degree.
- GCSE grade ‘C/4’ in Maths and English.
- Permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
