About the Role
This 2-year rotational graduate programme offers a dynamic blend of learning and real-world experience in commercial real estate. You will assist in delivering a broad range of projects, gain new skills, and receive support to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor. Rotations may include Valuations, Leasing, Investment, Capital Markets, and Occupier Services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering a broad range of projects for clients.
- Complete three rotations across various teams over 2 years.
- Participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events.
Requirements
- Expected 2.1 or higher in undergraduate degree (or willingness to undertake an MSc if not RICS accredited).
- GCSE grade ‘C/4’ in both Maths and English.
- Must have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
- High levels of self-motivation and commitment.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
