About the Role
Join a team that values connection, accountability, and real impact, helping people live the healthiest and fullest lives possible. You will work alongside a Licensed Clinician to respond to behavioral health calls, assess individuals in crisis, deliver interventions, and build follow-up plans to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all MRT dispatch calls in the field alongside the base clinician.
- Utilize evidence-based trainings and screening tools to assess routine, urgent, and emergency calls.
- Act as an authorized backup to the Base Clinician, executing clinical responses under their direction.
- Develop individualized follow-up plans focused on community-based stabilization and diverting ER or hospital admissions.
- Collaborate with external healthcare and community providers to connect individuals to ongoing behavioral health services.
- Provide face-to-face follow-up visits with individuals who previously required MRT intervention to ensure stability and continuity of support.
Requirements
- Hold a Peer Certification or possess a strong willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to multitask in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to handle evolving functional and organizational tasks as assigned.
