About the Role
Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a finance professional to provide analytical support across Sphere Experiences, Sponsorship & Exosphere Sales, Premium Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, and Expansion initiatives. The role requires strong FP&A foundation, data integrity, clear communication, and adaptability within a fast-paced finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial FP&A support across daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles for Sphere Experiences, Sponsorship & Exosphere Sales, Premium Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, and Expansion-related initiatives.
- Serve as a key analytical contributor supporting two Senior Managers, with a heavy emphasis on cross-functional data analysis and a commitment to data integrity.
- Partner closely with the Experiences Revenue Strategy team on analytic and statistical modeling tied to ticket projections.
- Translate model inputs into formal finance submissions, including monthly business reviews, forecasts, and the annual budget.
- Design, build, and continually refine Hyperion reporting across all business segments to support monthly reporting, bimonthly forecasts, and ad hoc analytical requests.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with Sphere's commercial business partners to deepen understanding of operational drivers and continuously improve FP&A processes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end close activities, ensuring general ledger accuracy by researching variances, identifying root causes, and proactively communicating findings.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in FP&A or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated exposure to reporting, forecasting, or analytical support functions.
- Strong analytical instincts with a genuine interest in understanding the "how" and "why" behind the numbers.
- Adaptability and resilience; comfort navigating shifting priorities and an openness to learning new methods, tools, and ways of working.
- Collaborative mindset; a reliable team member who partners effectively across teams, departments, and companies to drive shared outcomes.
