About the Role

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a Project Manager, Digital and Enterprise Solutions to drive daily project activities and keep cross-functional teams aligned. This role is crucial for reimagining care and successfully launching initiatives that will advance the company's mission. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager skilled in day-to-day project management and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex, multi-departmental initiatives from launch through implementation and post-launch.
  • Direct daily project activities and coordinate project team members to ensure needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) by updating Gantt charts, sprint backlogs, and project schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to track workflow updates, process changes, and digitization tasks.
  • Translate operational or technical updates into clear progress tracking metrics for varied audiences.
  • Track project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Monitor project bottlenecks, manage critical path dependencies, and update risk registers with standard mitigation plans.
  • Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback and incorporate recommendations into project plans.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through project reports and presentations.
  • Adhere to Spectrum Health Care's safe work/risk management policies and procedures.
  • Work within Spectrum Health Care's Ethical Practice Framework.
  • Maintain an understanding of services provided by each division of the Spectrum family to effectively align project dependencies.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a project management role in a health services environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification required.
  • Mastery of project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project) and collaborative enterprise tools.
  • Occasional travel between branch offices and within the local community to attend business meetings will be required.

Skills

  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) or Agile credentials (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are strong assets.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience implementing within regulatory requirements, best practices and industry standards including PHIPA, PIPEDA, ITIL, and ISO.
