About the Role
Member Growth Marketing (MGM) owns Maven's enrollment engine, driving the top-line enrollment goal that fuels Maven's revenue across Fertility, Maternity, Parenting, and Menopause programs. This role requires someone who thrives on turning strategy into shipped work, is comfortable triaging requests, building client-ready decks, and pulling data. You will be the connective tissue that keeps cross-functional projects moving and MGM's execution on track.
Responsibilities
- Own intake and triage for incoming requests, tracking status, following up with team members and stakeholders, and managing back-and-forth to meet delivery timelines.
- Build slides and supporting assets for cross-functional workstreams and readouts.
- Fulfill data and reporting requests using existing dashboards, packaging results for stakeholders.
- Keep cross-functional projects moving by tracking and driving action items from meetings.
- Support the creation and ongoing iteration of Payer microsites.
- Incorporate client feedback into member communications, working across Figma files and copy docs to land updates.
- Support the build of enrollment landing pages, including custom URL creation.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work to help the team scale.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent requests and stakeholders.
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate feedback across design, content, and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the flexibility to context-switch across concurrent projects.

- $98,000 - $115,000 per year
