About the Role
Major Food Group is hiring experienced Food Runners to join our front-of-house team at PARM UWS.
Responsibilities
- Delivers food from kitchen to guests accurately and timely.
- Verbalizes menu offerings, descriptions, and ingredients to guests.
- Sets tables appropriately for each stage of service.
- Ensures expo and service station areas are organized and maintained.
- Maintains table cleanliness between courses and resets tables.
- Assists the front-of-house team with additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
