About the Role

The Coordinator, Sponsorship will be a critical member of the team that supports the management and execution of League partners’ contractual agreements. This role manages the day-to-day requirements of League partners and supports initiatives with partners across the League.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 7-8 partners on a daily basis.
  • Fulfill contractual deliverables in partner deals.
  • Manage fund processes, including securing invoices, payments, and tracking funds.
  • Oversee the client creative approval process.
  • Collaborate with PR, Brand, Legal, and internal groups for partner program alignment.
  • Support the development of upsell decks for sales pitches.
  • Act as an onsite activation lead and execute partner experiences at NFL events.
  • Provide cross-departmental support for projects securing and executing partner deliverables.
  • Work with international teammates on global sponsorship platforms and partner needs.
  • Engage in client hosting and relationship building for future opportunities.
  • Track and archive partner communications and documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of minimum experience in sports/agency or relevant experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics)
  • Experience with Adobe (Photoshop)
