About the Role
This summer internship offers an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to wealth management and the Advisory function at Pathstone. You will be embedded within an Advisory team, contributing to projects and activities that support client service and advisor effectiveness. The program includes structured learning sessions with key departments across Pathstone to broaden your understanding of the firm and how teams support the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects and activities that support client service and advisor effectiveness.
- Participate in structured learning sessions with key departments across Pathstone.
- Collaborate on regional projects.
- Build relationships with team members across the country.
- Develop a holistic view of how Pathstone serves clients.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Contribute to meaningful projects.
- Complete Advisory team regional projects and deliverables.
- Participate in structured learning sessions.
- Engage in professional development, networking opportunities, and culture work.
- Deliver a Capstone presentation and participate in Graduation Week activities.
Requirements
- Current junior with a 2028 graduation date.
- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in understanding how your work contributes to broader client outcomes.
- Resourceful and proactive in taking initiative to solve problems.
- Adaptable communicator who listens well, seeks to understand, and collaborates effectively with others.
- Relationship-oriented, building trust and positive connections with colleagues and teammates.
- Passionate about helping others and delivering high-quality client experience.

- Interested in learning how to use and optimize AI to support day-to-day work and solve problems creatively.
- Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday.
