A 27-year-old female in the Liverpool area is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist with making healthy choices, managing finances, and exploring volunteer opportunities. The individual enjoys animals, YMCA exercise classes, shopping, and personal grooming. The role requires patience, encouragement, and reassurance, with a willingness to travel and participate in activities like pool aerobics. Assistance with personal care in a restroom setting may be needed. Staff will be reimbursed for lunches purchased while out with the individual.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work independently in the person’s home and/or community
- Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills
- New York State Driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Proof of auto insurance required
- Acceptable driving record required
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time
- Must abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
