About the Role
As our Senior AI Product Manager, you will be the central hub connecting our clients' ambitions with our technical teams' expertise. Your role will focus on product strategy & vision, agile project delivery, and client & team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify user and client requirements using ideation and prioritization techniques
- Identify market trends within the AI space for specific industries
- Translate client requirements into tangible goals for a technical team
- Combine customer requirements and market signals into product definitions including personas, capabilities, flows and requirements
- Create task backlogs, agile working models and planning
- Create a product roadmap and strategy and handle continuous alignment
- Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing and budget prioritization
- Create project documentation and user stories to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Design and organize user testing to enable adoption of transformative solutions (UX/UI, UCD, Rollout Management)
- Effectively pitch solutions and present results to a technical and non technical audience
- Follow up on client satisfaction and closely collaborate with our business development unit by exploring potential opportunities to scale clients further
- Enable teamwork, engagement and conflict solving within your project teams
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience as a product owner in IT with a strong record in managing data projects, products or solutions and with the full IT product life cycle
- Experience with agile/scrum and/or KANBAN methodologies
- Experience in typical software development processes and tools
- Experience with elaborating strategic roadmaps
- Strong business, technical understanding and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, driving accountability, and resolving conflicts to meet specific project goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a local language (Dutch or German).
