About the Role
The Office Services Operator will provide professional office services, print, and mail room support to all employees and contractors, assisting the client in meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Scan, print, and copy documents, ensuring quality checks and correct delivery.
- Process incoming post, including sorting, scanning, and emailing documents.
- Handle outgoing post through franking and Royal Mail services.
- Book and manage incoming and outgoing couriers efficiently.
- Build client relationships, managing perceptions and expectations.
- Support colleagues and collaborate within the team to achieve optimal client results.
- Comply with departmental procedures.
- Assist with stationery management, including stocking cupboards and recording items for reordering.
Requirements
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions independently when necessary.
- Capability to handle difficult situations appropriately.
- Adaptable and flexible approach.
- Team player willing to assist wherever needed.
