About the Role
This 12-month contract role supports Sydney teams within the NI business, focusing on coaching within the workers compensation space. The ideal candidate is committed to achieving targets and motivated by delivering positive results.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching on the application of relevant legislation, standards of practice, regulations, and policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to regulatory and statutory timeframes within the team.
- Support in achieving relevant KPIs, outcome measures, and RTW targets.
- Review PIAWE, liability decisions, work capacity decisions, and other forms of entitlements/decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive Workers Compensation experience and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective planning, prioritising, and organising skills.
- Ability to coach and support capability uplift.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse complex information and data.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
