About the Role

Our Summer Business Management Internship Programme simulates our Business Graduate Programme, offering insight into a career with LSEG. As an intern, you will join one of our flagship trading services or clearing houses, helping customers across the trade life cycle and ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important, contributing to the product lifecycle and developing specialist skills.

Responsibilities

Solve problems for FX customers, understanding their business goals, maintaining relationships, and managing post-sale activity.
Conduct research and analysis into global markets, potentially focusing on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder/geographic analysis.
Deliver business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
Monitor and analyze risks within risk teams, interpreting data for risk projects and reporting.
Act as an individual contributor to assist the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with a team to develop specialist skills.

Requirements

Must be a penultimate year undergraduate student due to complete all course requirements by summer 2028.
Demonstrate a strong interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
Exhibit curiosity for data and the ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Possess the ability to connect dots and think strategically.
Demonstrate focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
Have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the programme.
Recognize that achievements and the method of achievement are equally important.
