About the Role
This program offers a chance to become an expert in commercial real estate valuation, working on high-profile projects and gaining comprehensive knowledge of the sector. It provides the necessary tools and support to achieve RICS accreditation and build a successful career.
Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate sector.
- Work on impactful projects, gaining new skills and insights.
- Participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events.
- Undertake a rotation of up to 3 months in another Cushman & Wakefield service line.
- Prepare for and sit the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor.
Requirements
- Expected 2.1 or higher in undergraduate degree.
- GCSE grade ‘B/5’ in Maths and English.
- Must have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
