About the Role
Our Summer Business Management Programme simulates our Business Graduate Programme, offering insight into a career at LSEG. LSEG is a leader in trading services, crucial for global financial and transactional services. Interns will join flagship trading services like London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise, or LCH, contributing to customer success across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance, and providing access to diverse liquidity pools.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems for FX customers, understanding their business goals, maintaining relationships, and managing post-sale activities.
- Conduct research and analysis into global markets, potentially focusing on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder/geographic analysis.
- Deliver business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Monitor and analyze risks, interpret data, and prepare for risk projects or reporting.
- Assist in the product lifecycle as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with a team to develop specialist skills.
Requirements
- Must be a penultimate year undergraduate student due to complete all course requirements by summer 2027.
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets, built through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
- Curiosity for data and ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
- Ability to connect dots and think strategically.
- Focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with others using strong communication skills.
- Ideal candidates will have the right to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the programme.
