About the Role
CPIC is seeking a Private Markets Associate to focus on private equity, private credit, and real assets. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration within a hybrid work environment, encouraging significant office presence.
Responsibilities
- Support manager due diligence, investment content development, and client service relationships with Private Market Consultants.
- Provide support for drafting RFP responses by supplying data, analyses, and written content.
- Present research findings and conclusions internally and to clients.
- Interact with managers and intermediaries to collect data and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
- Proactively source investment opportunities.
- Analyze data to support and present reasoned conclusions.
- Draft presentations and written reports.
- Summarize key data, findings, and conclusions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in private markets research.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree in finance or MBA preferred.
- CFA charter and/or CAIA preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Suite preferred.
- Familiarity with industry databases (e.g., Pitchbook), AI tools, and coding concepts preferred.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
