  • Represent Citywire at events worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
  • Handle key administrative tasks, such as managing client contracts, updating spreadsheets, and preparing client briefing documents.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of onboarded client engagement and event logistics.
  • Maintain and update event websites using Hubspot to keep clients informed and engaged.

Requirements
