About the Role

Serve as a key operational link between marketing strategy and technical execution, delivering insights that fuel the global marketing engine. Support the insight-delivery framework by gathering and structuring marketing insight, empowering data-informed decisions, and centralizing reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead dashboard and insight delivery for regional and central marketing teams.
  • Translate complex performance data into actionable insights to optimize live campaigns and pull accurate reports aligned with GTM Ops, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Support the operationalization of dashboards and tools across marketing.
  • Assist with creating documentation, training materials, and quick-reference guides to help marketers build independent self-service habits.
  • Gather, validate, and organize performance data and analytical inputs for Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs) and planning cycles.
  • Translate marketing objectives and business questions into structured requirements for Data & Analytics and Engineering teams.
  • Drive the progress of data pipeline requests, dashboard updates, and tracking fixes with GTM Tech and central Data teams.
  • Support marketing data hygiene by conducting routine checks on end-to-end tracking setups, noting data gaps, and escalating issues.
  • Assist in maintaining reporting components that connect the marketing lifecycle, giving leadership visibility into Campaign Performance and Funnel Velocity.
  • Maintain existing reporting structures, monitor current performance metrics, and help develop scalable templates for forecasting and predictive analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a similar data-focused business enablement role.
  • Proven proficiency with modern MarTech/CRM data environments (e.g., Salesforce, including leads, contacts, campaigns, and funnel concepts).
  • Comfortable working with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and pulling/manipulating data via SQL or advanced Google Sheets.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into insights, decisions, and stories that inspire action.
  • Strong communicator, able to clarify technical concepts for non-technical users and document clear business needs for engineers.
  • Familiar with marketing attribution concepts or campaign tagging frameworks (UTMs).
  • Experience working in an agile or sprint-based team structure.
