About the Role
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent the H&M Brand positively, engage with customers, and provide excellent service. You will also support commercial and operational actions to reach store goals and sales targets, stay informed about fashion trends, and provide feedback for development.
Responsibilities

- Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
