About the Role

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting university recruiting, internships, SkillBridge and veteran recruiting programs. You will assist with recruiting marketing, scheduling, program administration, data, and reporting, ensuring a positive and well-organized experience for all involved.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate university career fairs, information sessions, veteran recruiting events, and other recruiting activities.
  • Manage recruiting and event calendars, registrations, schedules, deadlines, travel, materials, and logistics.
  • Support interview scheduling and other day-to-day recruiting coordination.
  • Help coordinate intern onboarding, orientation, communications, and mid-summer events.
  • Support SkillBridge onboarding and veteran recruiting programs and events.
  • Assist with social media, recruiting campaigns, flyers, print collateral, presentations, signage, and event materials.
  • Maintain and update early-career and veteran recruiting resources on SharePoint.
  • Maintain program trackers, recruiting data, event information, and reporting.
  • Help ensure candidates, interns, hiring managers, universities, and external partners have a positive and well-organized experience.
  • Jump in where needed to keep our early-career and veteran recruiting programs moving forward.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, event planning, marketing coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a love for keeping track of the details.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, schedules, or programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with social media, presentations, marketing materials, and print collateral.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn SharePoint and recruiting systems.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data, trackers, calendars, and program information.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in and help.
