About the Role
As a Service Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of security technology systems such as intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZUKO), or video surveillance systems (VÜA) at our customers' locations.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and upkeep of modern security technology systems (EMA, BMA, ZUKO, VÜA)
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems
- Conducting regular inspections and function tests
- Documentation of assignments via tablet or laptop
- Customer consultation on technical issues – in cooperation with sales
- Participation in briefings and regular exchange with project management
Requirements
- Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrical Installer)
- Demonstrable professional experience in at least one of the trades: EMA, BMA, ZUKO, or VÜA
- Driver's license Class B
- German language skills at least B2 level
- Sound knowledge in several security technology trades
- Manufacturer certificates or specific training in the field of security technology
- Independent, structured way of working
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Motivation for professional development
