About the Role
Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is seeking a litigation paralegal to join their growing New York team. This position can be hybrid/remote based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial.
- Work with clients to receive discovery documents.
- Review discovery materials.
- Draft motions and discovery responses as well as other documents.
- Draft and send out Subpoenas.
- Set up independent medical examinations.
- Review medical records and summarize important information.
- Prepare for trial.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
