About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product executives to support product, product engineering, and general admin activities.
- Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, IT, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Ensure product administration activities comply with governance policies and internal controls.
- Produce and review regular reports on financials, product status, product changes, and data quality metrics.
- Maintain product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Monitor service requests and administrative tasks against agreed service levels.
- Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities.
- Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows.
- Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with automation and AI initiatives to improve product administration efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working with enterprise product catalog or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of financial statements.
Skills
- Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
