About the Role
The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program provides students with meaningful work, a chance to gain knowledge of the insurance industry, and opportunities to network. We offer a welcoming environment that encourages questions, contributions, and the expansion of technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze premium reset exercises using Excel and/or GGY AXIS.
- Prepare calculations, reports, and analysis for day-to-day inforce monitoring.
- Automate processes and enhance documentation for inforce and risk management using Excel and/or Python.
- Support data extract review for Admin system transition with actuarial knowledge.
- Support experience analysis on longevity business and prepare reports for valuation.
Requirements
- Enrolled at the University level pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Actuarial Science.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts commensurate with educational experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
