About the Role
The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program provides students with meaningful work, a chance to gain broad knowledge of the insurance industry, and opportunities to network with peers and full-time associates. We offer a supportive environment where students can ask questions, contribute ideas, and develop their technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze premium reset exercises using Excel and/or GGY AXIS.
- Prepare calculations, reports, and analysis for daily inforce monitoring.
- Automate processes and enhance documentation for inforce and risk management using Excel and/or Python.
- Support data extract review for Admin system transition with actuarial knowledge.
- Support experience analysis on longevity business and prepare reports for valuation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Actuarial Science.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts appropriate for educational level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
